Where our customer wishes to return our product, this can be done within 15 days and on our part we will make sure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days. There are however some conditions applicable to refunds and they are mentioned below..
- The product has to be returned within 15 days to a registered Sky Jewelry address, the registered address can be found on www.skyjewelery.com.
- This refund facility is available only through www.skyjewellery.com and not through other stores in UAE.
- The refund will be done subject to the quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate, etc..
Kindly note that this policy is not applicable to products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon. Gold coins and Gold bars are non-refundable.
We would like to restate that the basic reason for refund for online purchases shall be the non compliance to the basic adjectives of the product, in comparison with what was conveyed through our website.
Where such non conformity is noticed, it shall be reported immediately and where it isn’t, it will automatically lead the policy to an exchange instead of refund and such product shall not be used at all and should be sent back and ‘as is’ status.
Where we have satisfied that the conditions for return has been met, we will initiate return by sending a ‘Return Packaging Kit’ to the customer to pack the product in the same package and handover the same to courier person. We alsoadvise customers to note down the courier airway bill number.
Once the product is received and has successfully undergone the quality check, the refund will be done.
